Initial Evaluation*
Your journey to pelvic floor recovery starts here. During your initial telehealth evaluation, we take the time to understand you—your history, your goals, and the symptoms that brought you to us.

This 45–60 minute one-on-one session is conducted securely via video, allowing you to connect with a licensed physical therapist from the comfort of your own home.

Follow-Up*
These 30–45 minute sessions focus on education, guided exercise, and support tailored to your pelvic health journey. We’ll track your progress, adjust your plan, and dive deeper into understanding your body—empowering you with the knowledge and tools to take control of your symptoms.

Ongoing Text Support*
Need guidance between sessions? With this monthly subscription, you get direct access to your pelvic health therapist via secure text or chat. Ask questions, get feedback on exercises, or check in about symptoms—anytime.

Per month
Thanks to direct access laws in Georgia, patients can receive PT without a physician’s referral. However, Georgia only allows up to 8 visits or 21 days of physical therapy without a referral. Whichever metric comes first is a hard stop on PT until a referral can be obtained
