Does The Click Clinic take insurance?
The Click Clinic is a self-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Dr. Haddad carefully researched both in-person and online self-pay practices and intentionally set her rates lower than average—because high-quality, convenient pelvic floor therapy should also be affordable.
Do I need a referral to start PT?
In Georgia, you do not need a referral to start physical therapy. However, by law, treatment is limited to 21 days or 8 visits without one. After that point, a referral from a physician or qualified healthcare provider is required to continue care.
We’re happy to help coordinate this—your provider can email or fax a referral, or even use our online referral form directly on the website for easy, streamlined submission.
Is telehealth just as effective as in-person pelvic PT?
Yes! Research supports telehealth as an effective treatment option for many pelvic health conditions. You’ll get expert care, real-time guidance, and customized home exercises—all from the comfort of your own space.
If at any point Dr. Haddad determines that telehealth may not be the best fit for your specific needs, you’ll be referred to an in-person pelvic floor physical therapist to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.
What can I expect from a telehealth session?
Sessions are one-on-one, private, and personalized. During your initial evaluation, we’ll discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals—then create a custom care plan tailored just for you.
Follow-up sessions focus on continued education, guided exercises, and practical strategies to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in your pelvic health journey.
